Wow! Five stars. Super happy customer. Grasso did a amazing job cleaning our very dirty kitchen tile. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them. Thank you so much!
Excellent customer service and amazing results. Our living room was starting to show traffic from the animals and plant the wife has. Too bad I didn’t have a before picture. Eric Grasso kept us up to date with our schedule and did a great job on the carpet. Would recommend, 100%.
My carpets look brand new!!!!! Service was top notch! They cleaned my carpets and tile floor and took their time to get a great finish. I appreciate the detail and recommend them most definitely! Thank you for making my house shine again!
Grasso is a family-owned company based in Manteca. We have been cleaning carpets in the Valley for over 50 years.
We work in Manteca and the surrounding Valley cities. Call or text us and we will tell you plainly what your carpet, tile or stone needs, and what it doesn't.
For carpet cleaning, we use truck-mounted hot water extraction, often called steam cleaning. The machine stays in our truck and only the hoses come inside, so the heat and suction come from the truck rather than a small portable unit. We pair it with Soap Free Procyon cleaning solution, because soap left in carpet is sticky and makes it get dirty again faster.
For tile and grout, we use our Turbo Hybrid tool, which pulls dirt out of grout lines that mopping leaves behind. We also clean, hone, polish and seal natural stone floors, restore stone countertops, clean upholstery and clean dryer vents.
We clean homes, and we also handle commercial carpet cleaning for schools, nursing homes, office complexes and churches, along with move-out cleaning for landlords, property managers and tenants.
Every job is backed by our 100% guarantee. If something isn't right after we leave, call us and tell us. We would rather hear about it and fix it than have you live with it.
We also try to be straight with you before we start. Some stains are permanent dye damage, old pet urine can damage the backing and pad, and etched marble is different from stained marble. If something may not come out or a service is not the right fit, we will say so.
We are open Monday to Saturday, 9 to 5. Call or text (209) 239-2906, or send a message through our contact page. You can also read what customers say on our reviews page.

Steam cleaning is the common name for hot water extraction. Hot water and a cleaning solution are rinsed through the carpet, then pulled back out with strong suction along with the dissolved soil. Ours runs from a truck-mounted unit.
