A few details help us give you a useful answer on the first call: what needs cleaning, roughly how big the area is, and anything specific you are worried about, like pet accidents, an old stain, dull marble or dark grout.
Photos help a lot for stone, countertops and stains. Etching on marble and a stain can look alike in person but need different work, and a picture lets us tell you up front what is likely possible.
